About Motor Vault Deer Valley

Motor Vault sells private garage suites in Deer Valley, Phoenix, as deeded property rather than rental space. Owners keep cars, motorcycles, boats, RVs and motorhomes, jet skis and powersports gear in their own suites. Each Motor Vault is described as a private, gated enclave with security cameras and 24/7 gated access, plus a members-only clubhouse, owner events and an RV waste disposal station. At some communities adjacent suites can be combined for a wider or pull-through layout. The Deer Valley community is sold out, and a resale page covers suites that come back on the market. Queen Creek is now selling, and Peoria and Scottsdale are marked as coming soon. Rated 4.9 from 7 Google reviews, 6 of them five stars.
